Summary

add screenshot cache to reduce repeated image data
reference cached screenshots in ToolCall output
test that repeated screenshots use cache

Testing

ruff format src/agents/_run_impl.py tests/test_computer_action.py
ruff check src/agents/_run_impl.py tests/test_computer_action.py
mypy .
❌ pytest -q (failed: pytest not installed and network access blocked)
