If I don't have permission to change issues in one repository the system still allow me to move the issues around the board. Not only move issues but also assign and unassing people from it.
I open the browser console and all the request fails, as expected, but the system is unable to recover from the error or give me a feedback that the request has failed because I have unsufficient permission.
