I promise not to share the files, and I'll be careful to avoid any info about unreleased stuff that Nexon hasn't shared yet. I only want to use them to help learn Korean. Thank you for allowing me to study them! My GitLab account name is also F4cetious. |
Hi, Tachiorz. I have been learning Korean for a few months, but your patch has really helped me with MS2 so far. I wanted to make a list of some of the most common Korean words used in MS2 so that I could study them and learn faster, and maybe make flashcards to share with other learners.
I was wondering if I could maybe have the Korean language files extracted from the game (assuming you have them?). If not, can I please have a clue as to where the dialogue for NPCs and such are located in the game files?
I've tried figuring out what the fastest way to learn Korean would be and the answer seems to mostly be that it all depends what you want to learn it for. For example, since I mostly want to learn Korean to be able to communicate in MS2, it would be best if I focused on studying the words used in MS2, since they're likely to be different than the examples I'd find in textbooks.
This is why I was hoping I could get access to the dialogue file(s), since making a list from the file seems to be the easiest way to do this.
Sorry for bothering you, I don't know another way to contact you, and I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask even if the answer is no.
