@juniortada, a alteração do CI da última versão do Ubuntu para a 20.04 é para rodar os testes na versão 3.6 do Python.
A última versão do Ubuntu não tem mais suporte a Python 3.6.
Podemos manter o ubuntu-latest e excluir os testes no python36 ou usar Ubuntu 20.04.

Em relação ao signxml, as últimas versão estão com problemas na validação do XML da NFe, por isso pinei a versão que está rodando tudo certo.
