Related Issue 📌

Description ✔️

  • 2차 스프린트 기능 추가에 따른 변경 사항을 반영하였습니다.
  • 여행 TODO를 생성하는 과정에서 MY TODO 생성 시 검증이 누락된 부분을 확인하였고 이를 추가하였습니다.
  • case 1. OUR TODO는 배정자 0명 이상이면 생성할 수 있다.
  • case 2. MY TODO(혼자 할일)는 배정자가 1명이어야 한다
  • case 2-1. 1명의 배정자는 사용자 본인이어야 한다.
