Integration with the Treasury API, an API that supports multiple economies.

Novaconomy will automatically hook into Treasury as an EconomyProvider.

Notes

Non-Player Account Data will be stored in global.yml (or in the SQL instance if that is enabled)
Players will automatically have Player Accounts, making account creation and deletion obselete
Primary Currencies will look at VaultEconomy in functionality.yml
