Steps to Reproduce

1. Summon a Hydra and infect it with Wither Sickness
2. Wait for the Hydra to be infected

What You Expected

CWSM's WIther Sickness overlay should appear on the Hydra, including its heads and necks.

What Happened Instead

The Wither Sickness overlay on the Hydra from the Twilight Forest only renders on its body, and not its heads or necks.
