Describe the bug

The Wither Sickness overlay on the Hydra from the Twilight Forest does not render on its heads or necks. The overlay does work for other Twilight Forest bosses from some testing/experimenting.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Summon a Hydra and infect it with Wither Sickness
2. Wait for the Hydra to be infected
