  1. Warn when using deprecated features 

    - All deprecated scripts are now inside `bin-deprecated` folder.
- All of them log a warning indicating the modern direct replacement.
- Remove their docs; replace them with a note indicating what replaces them.

This will help preparing the upcoming 13.0 release.
