feature相关背景与描述
支持剥除采集路径中的软链，避免采集器出现无法watch路径的问题

解决方案描述
由于容器化的需求与剥除软链的功能相冲突，因此是否剥除软链可被配置，进程化部署时可以开启剥除软链的配置，容器化部署时无法开启剥除软链的配置
