目前pac代码库触发时，是通过查找T_REPOSITORY_CODE_GIT表中的git_project_id字段，但是git_project_id存在老数据为0的情况，导致pac触发失败，所以希望在开启pac时，能够更新git_project_id字段，保证触发时能够成功
