①清理pinyinUtil，以及相关依赖
②后台排序采用Collator.getInstance().compare(a.name, b.name) 排序以获取的系统语言环境为准。
通过测试在英文环境（github action）总体上英文会在中文前面，但是中文之间排序混乱。
在中文环境上顺序符合要求
③db排序选用了 convert({0} USING gbk) ，是为了保证中文之间排序正常，否则也是【总体上英文会在中文前面，但是中文之间排序混乱】
