随着作业平台执行的作业越来越多，Mongodb中的日志数据也越来越多，占用大量的存储空间。增加数据清理机制

  1. 除了自动清理之外，可以进一步考虑将 mongodb 的冷数据归档到对象存储设备（比如腾讯云 COS上），然后job-execute 微服务同时支持查询冷/热数据
