需求背景

当业务不存在后，已经在JOB配置的周期性任务（如定时任务）会继续执行；用户会收到执行失败的通知，但是由于业务已经不存在，通过通知里的链接进入到JOB后会404，那么如何治理这类业务下线后的收尾流程？
