1、tendbHa 原地重建/slave新机重建/主从迁移切换时对于standby节点的处理。
增加读取主节点slave_entry域名设置指向
主节点删除slave_entry域名关联的所有元数据
测试时候需模拟主库故障，即standby从库域名指向主库。
2、tendbHa/tendbCluster回档添加判断:
如果指定了部分库表回档，则不执行stop slave。否则执行stop slave操作。
