Currently, Tendrl sends all events/logs which are not of "info", "debug" priority to it's central store

Due to the fact that we have lots of redundant events/logs (error, warning etc) being sent to central store, These logs need to be reviewed and if not useful for Tendrl API/UI users then they should be stored locally on the Tendrl nodes instead of sending them to central store
