Hi, I can mention Bing bot using its id, but this does not trigger Bing to answer. And when I click on the resulting @ Bing on the app, I go to the account of the id, not to actual Bing bot profile. Maybe some other functionality is needed, not (just) mention like in the app or web skype? |

To confirm, are you using If that doesn't work then perhaps the mention format for bots is different -- it would be good to capture the mention that Skype for Web generates, as described in the issue template here. |

Yes SkypeMsg.mention is what I used. It's he bottom message in the following capture. The top ones are from Skype for Web. There seems to be some ecryption going on, so interacting maybe not possible at all?

That last one has the user ID with the wrong type, which means you encountered the Bing bot as a contact in SkPy beforehand (I'm guessing by accessing the
.user
attribute of a chat or message of the bot).See also #225 (comment) and the discussion that follows -- in particular, the workarounds in #225 (comment) should also apply here (to fetch the Bing user as a bot first, so that the right ID will be used here).
