Custom fields rights

cfield_management
allows user full management (CRUD) and assignment/removal from specific Test Project.

cfield_view
allows user access to Custom Field List in READ ONLY mode.

cfield_assignment (since 1.9.17)
allows user assignment/removal from specific Test Project.
