Now collectionNode:willDisplaySupplementaryElementWithNode: and collectionNode:didEndDisplayingSupplementaryElementWithNode: of ASCollectionDelegate aren't called in any conditions. It's happening because corresponding flags aren't added to _asyncDelegateFlags. My pull request fixes this issue.
