This mod use official TDD ressources not implemented by TDDz :

It add a little NPC Avaunis (no banter) at the Order of The Radiant Heart who will lead you to the Hall of Knowledge mini quest.

Hint : After talking to Avaunis and accept the quest go to the city gate.
