Last release prior to switch to new annotation format. The annotation.tsv file in this release corresponds to a version of the annotation file used in the paper https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31119199/ in which some mistakes were fixed and a few outdated HPO ids were brought up to date.

LOINC2HPO annotation

Version 2.0 release contains annotations of 2923 LOINC codes to HPO terms. The release highlights annotations of 634 LOINC codes for lab tests that are mainly used in pediatrics, mapped by Tiffany Callahan from Dr. Larry Hunter's group at the University of Colorado at Denver.

LOINC2HPO annotation

This is mapping file from LOINC codes to HPO terms. The release contains annotations for 2421 commonly used LOINC codes in medicare, mapped by Aaron Zhang, Nicole Vasilevsky, JP Gourdine, Leigh Carmody, and Peter Robinson of the Monarch Initiative.
