Implementation of MIPS

  • Setup MIP4
    • Correction to BIP9 time span
    • Implement block height check for BIP9 deployments
    • Protocol version 70024
  • Setup MIP5
    • Upgrade DGP to version 3
    • Protocol version 70025
  • Setup MIP6
    • Removal of legacy code
    • Protocol version 70026

Notes

  • Deploying of DGPv3 on mainnet is required for MIP5.
  • Activation heights for each MIP must be set for mainnet prior to release!

Happy that this all seems to be working fine on the testnet and in previous regtest iterations. Sync from genesis also working on mainnet.
Merging this into master ready for release.
