Added the ability for Tracker to give hints and spoilers when asked:
Hints and spoilers need to be enabled separately first, which can be done in settings or by saying "Hey tracker, enable hints/spoilers".
In addition, you can now tell tracker to shut up, or ask her to repeat herself.
Finally, this PR also contains some unrelated changes like adding Agahnim's Tower, Mother Braind and some jokes.
