From the AP multiworld testing and following discussion with skennedy, there was talk about Tracker basically not working 1:1 with the AP logic (it would be especially be wrong for people who used hard logic). Rather than try to merge the logic, I figured it would be easiest just to port their code over with as few changes as possible. I added it into a separate project to keep it as separated out as much possible.
