Improvements for multiple index payroll (HGR) #7206

Here are several suggested improvements:

When editing an employee, the "Submit" button should read "Update Employee" instead of "Register Employee"
Various English payroll-related terms need updating: eg, "grapped" (saiser) should be changed to "entered"
Add an Index type column to the Rubric management page (if using indexes)
