Admissions Registry should display the admissions diagnosis on a column.

Request from our colleagues in Vanga. Additionally, as pointed out by @jmcameron in #7824, there are other fields that are never reported to the user. These are:

1. Referrals
2. Pregnancy
3. Initial diagnosis

There may be more. These should be optional columns in the patient admissions registry as a start, unless we come up with a better counter-proposal for where to keep them.
