Previously, we would run at least the integration tests using SemaphoreCI. We should restart this process to ensure that we consistently have passing tests on the main repo branch.

  1. Bumps the semaphore agent to Ubuntu 22
  2. Replaces yarn with npm
  3. Bumps NodeJS versions to 22 and current.
