Based of the original Robotiq drivers from Fuerte, now catkinized

Only the C model has been tested


USE
===
Start the node for commnicating with the controller:
rosrun robotiq_c_model_control CModelTcpNode 192.38.66.222


To control the gripper, use the simple interface
rosrun robotiq_s_model_control SModelSimpleController


To get debug information, use
rosrun robotiq_s_model_control SModelStatusListener
