Fixes: problem with binding to unavailable ports in integration tests

Hi, I noticed that the problem above exists in the integration tests also. To avoid this I replaced most of the ports with randomly generated as in the acceptance tests solution.

@jlukawska Hi J!
Thank you for this enhancement in integration tests!
You are grand contributor! 😻
I've added some fixes for warnings and messages to this PR to remove these compiler messages/notes from the log but for included files only. Hope you will understand.

@TomPallister Hey Tom,
Here is just another piece of coding art to merge! 😉

Hi J!
image
Thank you for making develop branch as default one!
Let's make it canonic now without the diff!
We have to remove this diff to be able to rebase your feature branches onto develop which must be canonic.

Checkout develop branch, and remove the first, top commit (merge commit) by commands:

git checkout develop
git reset --hard HEAD~1
git push -f

After that,
Could you Sync fork please?
After that your develop branch should become canonic!

If Sync fork button won't help to make develop branch as default one,
Run this script please:

git remote add upstream https://github.com/ThreeMammals/Ocelot.git // add original repo as upstream remote
git fetch upstream // pull changes from original repo
git checkout -b develop upstream/develop // pull down develop branch locally
git push -u origin develop // push develop branch to fork

Don't forget to make develop as default branch in GitHub.
Let me know updating results please!

Hi J!

I've just noticed last week that the RandomPortFinder class has been defined in 2 projects:

So, these classes are identical!
By other words, we have DRY violation.
It is time to define common project in "test" folder like Ocelot.Testing or Ocelot.TestHelpers.

And,
Could you add me as Collaborator to your forked repo, please? And I will solve the problem with non-zero diff of develop branch.
After solving the problem you can remove me from Collaborators list. 😉
Thank you!
