[BUG] Watchly works only on iOS/iPadOS/tvOS app – fails on Windows app and browser

Summary

Watchly is correctly configured but only works on iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS.
On Windows app and Stremio Web on browser it fails with a fetch error.

Expected behavior

Watchly should work consistently across all supported platforms, including Windows and Stremio Web (browser).

Actual behavior

On Windows app and Stremio Web (Safari on iPhone and Chrome on PC), Watchly does not load and returns a fetch error.
The same configuration works without issues on Stremio app on iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install and configure Watchly correctly.
2. Open Stremio on Windows app or Stremio Web.
3. Observe the error message.
