This is covered indirectly through the dependency on GTK+ already.
This slightly improves the performance.

This pull request completes the replacement of the deprecated
GdkGCby Cairo. Furthermore it includes some (very minor) improvements to the rendering.For all the other tests I tried to be pixel-identical. For
basicandtextcontaining written test I was not able to pull that through. My usage of Pango might be a bit crude, but it gets the job done it seems.
