Migrate TopHelper system #65
Description
We have to migrate the TopHelper system. The details are up to be decided by the community.
For reference, this is how it works as of today:
/tophelpers <limit> by TogetherJava to display the ranking used to determine the Top Helpers each month.
It counts messages send by people in help channels and ranks them filtered by the message count from the last 30 days, descending.
<limit> is optional and controls the max amount of users to show in the ranking.
