hub-pulls: Show which PR checks passed/failed

Instead of a single "StateUnstable" or "StateClean", show a more detailed view of which PR checks passed or failed. This way we can see whether e.g. the only check that didn't pass yet is the review or whether the build failed. On the web UI, these should also have links to travis/coveralls/etc.
