Install docker script (run as root or sudo):

wget -qO- https://get.docker.com/ | sh

Usefull commands:

Get docker general infos (docker root)

docker info

Get infos about all containers

docker stats --all

Get into a container

docker exec -it $containername bash

Execute ping from a container directly

docker exec $containername ping 8.8.8.8

Start a stopped container

docker start $containername

Stop a started container

docker stop $containername

Remove a stopped container

docker rm $containername

Update a container

docker run --rm -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock containrrr/watchtower --run-once $containername
