Sample to show Full Screen Acrylic App appearance

Please download this small repository, build and run it.

I noticed that on UWP, That background Window Acrylic effect does not work on a Page started at Full screen. Only after you restore it, the effect appears. Can you check this?

When start in Full Screen it seems that Acrylic effect is not drawn; Then try to restore the window, you will notice that the Acrylic effect works.

These are the versions of the software I am using:

Microsoft Windows [versão 10.0.17133.1]

Target version: Windows 10, version 1803 (10.0; Build 17125)

Min version: Windows 10, version 1803 (10.0; Build 17125)

Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2017 Preview Version 15.7.0 Preview 2.0

I Enabled it using this code:
