Problem

Create a simplified chromium example of building targets. Example should include ability to locally bootstrap a k8s cluster in memory to seed an example scenario that could be mapped to live environments.

Solution

• Should layer both siso-chromium and nativelink into a single worker image.
• Should be simple enough that one should be able to adapt into a real kubernetes cluster environment.
• Should be able to compile cc_unittests at minimum.
• Client should or should not be a linux system that contains enough information for fallback local strategy.
