e.g. UMLS:C3843082 "Heart attack or M.I." should really be merged into MONDO:0005068 "myocardial infarction". We can handle stuff like this individually, but there's probably lots of lots of these that we should figure out how to merge manually.

Another example: UMLS:C0006050 "botulinum toxin type A" should be merged into UNII:E211KPY694 as per NCATSTranslator/Feedback#395 (comment)
