No spell check and can't type on iOS mobile devices.

The Ghost editor still has no spell check which makes it really annoying to use. I tend to prefer writing my posts as private gists and paste them over when ready. Someone on the forum made a Chrome extension I will look into but I wanted to make sure the lack of spell check was logged as an issue.

Also, I can't seem to type on iPhone or iPad mini. I tap the editor section as much as I want and it never places a cursor or brings up a keyboard. It works fine from Chrome or Firefox on my Macbook Pro.

Note: I'm using the latest source as of this writing.
