User's should get 5 password attempts

This is the silliest bug in the history of ever.

Currently, if you try logging in and fail your password a few times, you eventually see this:

It tells you to try one final time, but even if if you do enter the correct password this time around, you get this:

Because unbeknown to you, your account was already locked on the last go around, and you don't really have another attempt remaining!
