Unify settings designs between mobile&desktop #1378

In order to make UI designing process easier, we'll unify some views/components between platforms (see. settings section)

This may be a good point to try to share components between mobile&desktop as well. Probably the essential components like buttons, typography, views/divs must remain separate but the major ones (like "Add members", "Create channel") can be shared. The greatest risk here is to dynamically import those basic components into their parents.
