To install the MiniWidget Framework:
1) Download the project source; there’s a button near the top of the project header on the main page that lets you do that.
2) Unzip to (your MUSHclient directory)\lua. Rename the resulting folder to MWidget.
That’s pretty much it. To make sure you have it installed properly, check to make sure that the file MUSHclient\lua\MWidget\init.lua exists.
