Falcom Font Creator v1.3
Adds the possibility to replace drawings of characters with another one.
For example, Trails from Zero uses shift jis; if one of your characters (for example é à ç for french, in my case) is not encodable in shift jis, you can replace an encodable character (example ぁ) with é. In the scripts/tables the ぁ is still encoded in shift jis but the drawing in the font and the kerning corresponds to é. See config_font.ini inside the release zip to see how to add those characters.

Added a new option ITFReferenceFile, which allows to pick characters from a reference ITF file when the character is not present in the TTF file.
However, there is a known problem of misalignment for which I don't have a fix yet.

This was necessary to make a font that works with latest falcom games (Sen III, Ys VIII...)
