Can you remember to add a commit message like "fixes #811: oxDNA export bug..." etc. the rest of the issue title?

That way it will close automatically the next time we merge into main. You can just do a new trivial commit.

Is this PR ready to merge? If so please merge it into dev and add the label "closed in dev" to issue #811.
