[GRO 166] add new logic to redirect back the user if email incorrect
- fixed bug, autofill email after 1st check if no is selected. - add behaviour to resend value to previous page (TBC) - add check-email html page and correct path - removed unused file - update test file for new path -fixes validation error for check-email page - update .snyk - update target URL to avoid email being visible in url, on browser
