Dear maintainer,
Your CRAN package uses Rcpp, and uses the unwindProtect plugin. The Rcpp Core team intends to enable this feature by default in a future release, and therefore the plugin will be deprecated and eventually dropped.
Meanwhile, and following RcppCore/Rcpp#1227, this simple patch switches it to the equivalent define, which will be harmless when the feature is enabled by default.
It would be lovely if you could apply this. There is no strong urgency: we aim to get this done over all affected packages in the space of a few months. If you apply it, please consider sending us a confirmation (via email or RcppCore/Rcpp#1227) when the change hits CRAN, just to keep track of it.
Many thanks for your help, and I hope you continue to find Rcpp helpful. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
