This release fixes issues with the merging scheme and the spinupdate feature. It also slightly changes the timestepping so that values in the results apply to the end of a day/month/timestep rather than the start. If comparing results from v2.3.0 to results from 2.2.0, there will be an offset of 1 time step. Details in changelog.

This release updates the isotope diffusion module to allow forcings to be loaded via a dictionary of climate inputs rather than just csv files. (This behavior now parallels the existing code structure for the temperature, accumulation rate, etc.).
