PEAS v1.2.1

This release compiles the jar files for Java 11 and provides the source code used by the singularity definition file to build the container. The singularity image built from this code is also provided in this release. See /singularity/README.md for using this image.

Also contains the conservation score files for hg19, hg38, and mm10.

This version of PEAS has an updated GUI to more easily navigate the different features available. In addition, intermediate files are now stored in a temporary directory to more easily identify the final output files.
