Send events directly instead of allocating Vec #1

Suggested change that avoids reallocating aVec and dispatching events separately, and instead sends events into the app as they are received.

## Solution

- split `check_light_mesh_visibility `into
`check_dir_light_mesh_visibility `and
`check_point_light_mesh_visibility` for better review
