Shop v0.6-beta

Shop version 0.6 beta.

This version adds:

• [67401c] Command to update all players scores - /shop update *
• [dd8d75] + [e77894] Fixes all bugs where a score is registered with 0 nuggets
• [a79806] Removed extra ShopCommand.java (not really sure what was up with that)
• [3db42b] More work on the unimplemented events

Shop v0.5-beta

Shop version 0.5 beta.

This version adds:

• Toggleable scoreboard for how many nuggets per player
• Unimplemented events for buying coins
• Configurable option to add the nugget to the inventory of the player
• Don't register scores if the player doesn't have any nuggets
