사용자에게 새로 들어온 수영 데이터 받아오도록 설정합니다.

📝 todo

  • User default를 이용해서 사용자에게 새로 들어온 데이터만 받도록 설정하기
  • 앱을 껐다 켰을 때, 업데이트 하도록 짜보기
    → 앱을 아예 껐다 켰을 때
    → 앱이 메모리에는 있고 다시 켰을 때
